With a seam that lays extremely flat against the head and no return hair, stylists are stocking up on these packs to add extra length, volume, and dimension to their client's look. Hair extensions can be a great way to add volume and length to your natural hair. The key is to choose the right amount of extensions for your desired look.
Our guide is based on filling the gap between the ends of your clients natural hair and the ends of the extensions. If you're looking for a natural look with added volume and up to 2 inches of length, one pack of extensions should be enough. For a more dramatic look with added length up to 6 inches, we recommend two packs. And for those looking for even longer length, up to 12 inches, three packs should do the trick.
It's important to note that the average extension transformation has about 150 grams of hair added to the guests natural hair to create a fuller and longer look.
If you’re switching from one brand to another or one type of extension method to another, the best way to ensure you purchase enough hair is to look at the grams you were using before and equal it to the amount of packs needed.
Genius Wefts contain 3 weft per pack and each weft is 20 grams for a total of 60 grams per pack.
COLOR MATCHING/COLOR RING:
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee a perfect color match from the thumbnail images alone. We highly recommend purchasing one of our color rings below to ensure a perfect color match or visiting your stylist with a color ring.
We added pre rooted shades to our colors that you won't see on the color ring. We are in the midst of completely updating our color ring to make color matching a breeze for you.
We offer 3 different rooted shades: Light, Medium and Dark. We have paired a color that is most complimentary to the shade. For light root we have chosen #8 to see what that root color looks like we have the solid #8 shade on the color ring. The root is a solid inch and start to seamlessly fade out in the next 1/2 inch.
For our medium root it will either be #5 or #6 and for our dark root it can be shades #1b-#4.
You'll also notice that there are colors available that are not on the color ring. For instance #6/60a, #2/4/18a, #5/20/60a, #1b/4. These are custom colors we have created to make blending in your guests hair much easier! To see what these colors look like simply put the #6 next to the #60a from your color ring together.

If you need something and it doesn't show as available you can click the order request tab to get the process going. We will respond within 48 hrs and send over an invoice to your email. Please allow 5 weeks for hair to come in.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
