Gray hairs and greenish tone

I was really hoping I would love these but I keep finding gray hairs throughout the extensions and they have a greenish tone to the brown. I've never had this issue with other brands.

Color different than expected

I expected fine, delicate highlights throughout the extensions to create a blended look since that’s what the picture showed. But instead they have the thicker, chunkier streaks you’d see with traditional highlights. There’s essentially 3 brown streaks and 2 larger blonde streaks. I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the hair is soft and very thick.

Hi Amelia, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! 5-5/20/60a is a blend of 20% #5, 40% #20 and 40% #60a in a piano style blend. We can always make a custom blend for you mixed and change the percentages for you as well.

It does look more blended in the packaging before it's layed out flat. I'm going to take this feedback to our creative team and update pictures so everyone will have a more accurate view of this blend.
