Shipping
How long does shipping take?
If the hair is in stock, it will ship within 48 hours during business days. Custom orders are a 5 week turnaround from the time of sale to product in hand.
We are a growing small business and building up a stock for faster shipping times! Follow us on IG @peacehairco to see more behind the scenes and ready to ship inventory.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. What if there is an issue?
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How many grams per weft do you offer?
Genius Weft: 18”-24” 20 grams per weft and 3 wefts per pack for a total of 60 grams per pack.
Machine Weft: 100 grams per pack
1/2 Pack of Machine Weft: 50 grams per pack
Volume Weft: 210 grams per pack
Tape Ins: 50 grams per pack
I-Tips: 100 grams per pack
K-Tips: 100 grams per pack
Halo Hair Bands: 120 grams
What comes in a pack & how many do I need?
Genius Weft:
- Volume = 1 pack and up to 2” of length,
- Length + Volume = 2 packs and up to 6” of added length.
- Length + Extra Volume = 3 packs and up to 12” of added length.
Machine Weft:
- 1 pack = 1 36” continuous piece. For extra volume please refer to a volume weft which is two machine wefts tiered to lay flat against the head.
1/2 Pack of Machine Wefts:
- 1 pack = 50 grams, Volume = 1 pack. Please select machine or volume wefts for a full long look.
Volume Weft:
- 1 pack = one 36” continuous piece and 210 grams. For extreme length + volume order 2 packs
Invisible Tape Ins:
- 1 pack = 20 pieces and 50 grams
- Volume = 1-2 packs
- Length + Volume = 2-3 packs
- Length + Extra Volume = 3-4 packs based on the average full head of 150 grams.
I-Tips:
- 1 pack = 100 pieces and 100 grams
- Volume = 1 pack
- Length + Volume = 1-2 packs
- Length + Extra Volume = 2 packs
K-Tips:
- 1 pack = 100 pieces and 100 grams
- Volume = 1 pack
- Length + Volume = 1-2 packs
- Length + Extra Volume = 2 packs
Halo Hair Bands:
- 1 pack = 1 halo band and 120 grams
Why are grams & density important?
Peace Hair Co. extensions are double drawn with a density of 35% through the last 4 inches of the hair. Paired with a higher amount of grams for a fuller look roots to ends.
Compared to other popular brands that have a density of 15-20% through the last 4 inches and an average of 5 grams less per genius weft and 40 grams less per volume weft.
This can make an overall difference in the look you’re trying to achieve with your guest.
How do you offer brass free hair?
Our donors are primarily Slavic and have naturally light hair. There are no harsh chemicals used to lighten up dark hair for bright blondes. This allows us to be silicone free because the extensions do not need to be coated after the chemical process to feel good.
What does cuticle intact mean?
The hair is kept flowing in the same direction the ponytail was cut allowing the cuticle to stay intact and to be tangle free. Unlike remy hair which is the remnants that has fallen on the floor and scooped up to be made into lesser quality extensions. The cuticle is intact, but the hair is laying all different directions.
